Other than non-compliance with the Warranty, ISS Company will only accept return of unopened product in undamaged containers within 90 days of customer’s receipt of product and Customer’s pre-payment to ISS Company of all return freight and a 25% re-stocking fee. No refund may be issued until the product is received by ISS Company and ISS Company verifies compliance with the Return Policy.
